Any one that involves bleaching. Anything else is just stain removal.

You will never achieve the results at home that you will achieve with professional bleaching.

I agree with Steph, go to your dentist first and tell him/her what you're planning to do. Most dentists have whitneing kits they can suggest to you, as well as a laser procedure to whiten them. Out of all of them the laser is the most effective and most expensive, but if you want something really cheap and effective, try brushing your teeth with a paste made of baking soda and water. I've used that one and it works really well after one go, but don't do it very often, it could be harmful for your teeth.
