The bill that i have to pay havent been send yet from circuit city. What do i have to do?

My mom use a credit card to buy me a zune back in june and we have been waiting for the bill to show up in the mail but 2 months later it havent yet. Me and my mom went to circuit city to pay the bill but they wouldnt let us pay and tell us to wait for the bill when it shows up. We told them that we waited for 2 months and they tell us to check the "internet". What are they talking about, are they crazy or something. We have the receipt all ready that we have gotten with the zune and we have the money to pay for all ready. But they wouldnt let us pay for it until the bill shows up. comon. So my mom is worry about the them raising up the price point of what we suppose to pay for cause we havent pay for the zune yet cause we never receive any mail. All we need to know is what do we have to do, call the place or do something on the internet before they start ripping us off. Please help me and my mom and thank you so much

login to circuit city's website and your bill should be there.

They are doing upgrades this week, but after that you should be able to login and pay your bill.

Go to circuit city's website and find " online bill pay" or a 1800 number that you can call for customer service.  They will probably be more knowledgeable then the sale's clerks at the store.

/  You didn't say you bought the Zune with a Circuit City Credit Card.

If you did, then you need to click on the Circuit City website below to create an account, and view your status.

If you purchased your Zune with a credit card that isn't from Circuit City, then the store has been satisfied by your payment, and you need to contact your Credit Card issuer to check the status of your account.
