is it good? i bought it recently and many people told me it was so, but is it sexual in any way (im not sick or anything, don't get that message please) because I know that time era was very, err "free".

I read the book awhile ago, and I enjoyed it immensely.  I am older than you, I'm sure, but I was not in the least offended by it.  I love historical fiction and tend to read it with great frequency, and I prefer more realistic stories to those which would be categorized as "romance fiction".  I hope that you'll give the book a chance...
