Does anyone know how I can change the tune from the defauld tone to a custom tone?

I hope this help, click on the profile Icon, then scroll down to advanced at the bottom, click on the profile you are in ( it should have active beside it), scroll down to the message type you want to edit.  Then you can choose a new tone for that particular message.  

Do you know you also can watch movies on your blackberry pearl.  The ones you have on DVD can be converted to a file and played on you blackberry.

Well it depends, do you want to set a song as the ringer? Cause thats easy. Just go into your media and go to music. Pick a song. Hit the button next to the mouse and hit set as ring tone.

Go to your profiles, then advanced, menu key, edit. For phone, be sure to put on tone, adjust your volume and choose the ringer you want.
