Question:

The bobbin case on my Janome 7730 sewing machine...

It seems to make a lot of clunking noises under the metal plate when I am sewing and also is causing thread tension issues. I have taken the metal plate off to make sure there are no foreign objects or thread in the area but am not sure what kind of other steps to take. The machine is only three months old and still under warranty.
