So I had to read this book for Ap English 4. And I found a lot of irony in it. But I can't see why the entire book is so ironic. Can someone help me.

And if you haven't read it. I recommend you do. Great book.

(:

  1. I think the irony is that the main character tried very hard to forget Afghanistan and the things he had done, yet he had to go back to his country and confront that past to truly forget.
