They know that few "ecologists" have closed the passages from a country to the other, because Botnia is going to install a pastera in Uruguay, with technology superior to the obsolete ones that there is in Argentina.

They say that it is by the contamination, but do not see that those that are in Argentina, they are in deplorable conditions of contamination, that Paraguay has gone to the Court of La Haya.
