Question:

The breeze at no ozone & wont turn off

I have the breeze at i have had it refurbished about 1 year ago and i just replaced the ozone plate about 2 months ago but i have no ozone smell and the machine wont turn off unless you unplug it i was wondering if there is a memory board that could have gone bad
