I have a rudd furnace. the burner will not stay lit. Previously It had the same problem, I suspected the flame sensor was the problem, but when I tightened the grounds and connections to the circuit board the furnace worked normally for years. Now it is having the same problem and tightening the connections helps for a few days then it stops working again. sometimes the burner runs for several minutes before sutting down? I am wondering if the flame sensor or perhaps the overheat switch may be at fault? I used to have a manual for the furnace with diagrams, etc (which helped a lot) but don't seem to be able to find it now (years later) any thoughts
