    Time for some fun

    It's simple

    Covers contain Concrete=Cement+Iron.

    So that, Rolling off the covers becomes child's play

    After all,

    Scrap Iron fetches them money ...

    Tactically / Practically thinking ...


  2. what goes up always comes down but if you run around in circles then the pot hole is down.actually acircle is the ony figure that has no beginning or end!

  3. It is because if the shape had been square or rectangle then  the cap could have been turned sideways and thrown into the pothole along the diagonal of the hole . But this is not possible in case of a circle as it has the same diameter throughout. This ensures safety and is a practical approach.
