The cheapest canadian province?

hi, i wanna study marketing... somebody knows about universities and costs ?

I have done a bit of research, and it seems Ottawa, the nation's capital is cheapest for accommodation.  Accommodation is a major expense in going to university.  

For tuition you would have to investigate each college or university yourself.  Once you have lived here for a year if you have good marks you can apply for scholarships and bursaries.

southern ontario is a fairly cheap place to live, you would have to look into the individual universities yourself.
