Hi, I'm wondering which is the cheapest way to travel from oxford to liverpool and how? I'm from asian and visiting uk.

the cheapest way is to hitch a ride from anyone, just show your thumb!

Otherwise it is a coach journey which takes at leat 5 hours, change at Birmingham.

Next is the train, you might get a cheap deal by booking ahead or going on a quiet train.  but its not always cheap! try Virgin or Chiltern trains.

The train is your best bet, cost about £30. The trains are pretty frequent every hour or so.

National Express buses. I am not sure but  I think it is a diirect service, but it will have statutory breaks for the driver  It takes too long on a bike

National Express is definitely the cheapest way. It takes approximately 5-6 hours and economy return tickets cost £30-35.
