The chest press in the gym makes my shoulders and neck ache the next day. Am I doing it wrong?

  1. You could either just be over doing it or not cooling down properly.  You need to do stretching exercises for about 10 minutes after any workout, in your case especially in your upper body.  If in doubt ask someone who works in the gym to watch you for a few minutes to make sure you're doing it properly.


  2. no as long as ur not in pain its quite normal 2 ache after excercise its because your toning ur muscles  

  3. i work out in the gym and i to do the chest press you are getting it in shape but don't over do it some days do the press every other day to help you do the work out.
