Hi, I got invited out for my friends birthday with her and 3 other friends, she payed for us to all get in the cinema, and then we went home.

For my birthday we went bowling and to frankie&benny's.

I gave her a £10 note for her birthday, and cinema tickets are like £5..?

Would you expect to of gotten a meal after from pizza hut? As it was right next door?

We're all 14 by the way.

  1. The cinema - is that IT????

Grow up and start acting like you are 14.

Have you any idea how spoilt and selfish you sound.

  2. I dont know exactly how much that is as apposed to dollars, but she paid for 5 people, thats £25 right? Although she only paid for YOU with £5 she had to pay for everyone else. and she shouldnt have even paid as it was her birthday, but if her parents had paid I may have expected a little more. But do not look at it negatively, if you guys had a good time, you should be happy about it. And she probably just wanted a small get to gether with friends.

  3. You are Sooo Pathetic and Stuck Up

What do you think the party price should equal the present price?

What the h**l is wrong with you?

It was her and 3 other friends? Okay so thats 4 tickets around £20+ you only gave her £10 do i see her complaining on here?

Get a life just because you have everything handed to you on a silver platter.

Im 14 too and guess what? I wants even allowed a birthday party, my friends gave me a surprise one bowling, so fu*ck off and get a life!!

  4. maybe her parents are a bit strapped for cash with the credit crunch en all, just be thankfull for what you did get, you should never give to recieve other wise your not exactly true friends, true friends dont care what they get just as long you are together and have a good time, give the poor girl a break start being a good friend and stop being so greedy and selfish, sorry but these little things should not matter, not when its something so silly, if you want pizza, then put your hand in your pocket .....................

  5. How pathetic...

Just 'cause you have to have big parties doesn't mean all your friends can afford it..

You sound really spoiled and stuff so just appreciate what you get or you won't be invited to a party again :)

    ^_~

  6. Maybe you should just be grateful that you did anything, i hate to break it to you but there's this thing called The Credit Crunch, ie. not everyones particularly rich atm :P

  7. This is the most pathetic thing I have ever seen.

  8. think yourself lucky u got summat

  9. Maybe she didn't have the bob. Let's face it these days nearly everyone seems financially challenged. Nice she could treat you to the cinema.

  10. That's a pretty nasty attitude you have there - what if she can't afford any more?

You're looking at things in a very selfish way if you're 'counting up' on spending. There are more important things in life.

  11. Remember some people dont have as much money as others do. You were lucky with your birthday!

  12. No.  I think you should be grateful that she paid for you!

  13. Yes that's £5 each i.e. her mum probably spend nearly £30 quid for you to get in and petrol money if you want me to make it any clearer THAT'S NOT CHEAP.

Don't be so rude, you're lucky you even got invited.

  14. not every one has enough money

  15. Your a Spoilt Brat, shes soooo lucky to have a Friend like you

  16. It is possible that her family only had the money for the movies and nothing more. It is also possible that her family chooses not to spoil their daughter by going overboard for birthdays. They may prefer to put the "extra" money away for college or bills. Many kids don't get a party at all. Be grateful you were invited.. and don't forget to thank your parents for what they do for you.
