The click and drag highlighter on my computer isn't blue anymore. help?

when i click and drag on the desktop it doesn't highlight blue like it did when i first got vista. can anyone help?

Well I did a bunch of googling and found several people who want to change the color but nobody knows how...and I couldn't find it on my computer...

See if somehow your display theme got changed to classic or something...right-click desktop and go to personalize, look through the options and set what you like.
