  1. I don't like any of those answers. It can take place pretty much anywhere in the story, usually near the the ending, so A is out. It usually is B, but it doesn't have to be, so B is out, it usually involves the antagonist, not always, so C is out, and it usually is the most exciting part of the story, but not necessarily, ever hear of something being anti-climactic? It means there is a great big exciting build up then basically nothing happens. I guess D would be the best of those choices though trying to lump all stories into some predefined mold is pretty much impossible, and wrong in my opinion.
