Everytime I download anything the clip art pops up but my download is nowhere to be found. I am tearing my hair out I hope someone can help

Seriously, i have to keep track of thousands of files, macs are easier.

In the meantime, What program? The software your using to download should have "preferences" or "options" you can use to specify where the downloads go. Create and name a folder and put it there, In any case find out where the old downloads were put. "my documents" is a good place to look.

And defrag your hard drive too.
