The coffee doesn't taste good

Question

I bought a B60, brought it home and it made great coffee. I used both k-cups and the "make your own" filter.I was away for 3 weeks and the coffee maker wouldn't make but about 3 ounces.so I took it back to the store. I had only owned it for less than 90 days.Now I have a brand new one and the coffee tastes terrible.I have tried both k cups and my own coffee.It's really weird.Thanks for your help.
