Major cities in colonial New Jersey were New Brunswick (although I think it was just Brunswick at the time), Perth Amboy (because it is a port town), Trenton, Princeton (which was Princetown), Monmouth and Morristown.

Corn and Rye were important crops (due to the Hession fly plague).
