He had an infected bursa sac on his knee that was giving him trouble.  He had to have it removed a few weeks ago.  They gave him a recovery period of about 4-6 weeks.  He should be up and running by regular season.  I believe Dungy wants him to get at least a few quarters of preseason play in though.  Hope he has a speedy recovery!


  2. Even if he wasnt injured ,he doesnt usually play in the 1st two preseason games at all
