  1. You cant. sorry, but there isn't anything you can do.

    EDIT: you could e-mail yahoo about it but i think all they could do id ban his account but i dont think they can fix the league so everyone has a fair shot again


  2. Report him to the website where your league is hosted? Check the rules of your site. It might provide some answers too.
