The company i work for paid me by useing my annual leave entitalments as payment should i report this.?

My company paid me for work at one of their sites, by useing my annual accreud leave entitlments.So they paid me with my holiday pay. I think this is unfair and a form of misappropriation and even embezlment. Should I report them to the tax office for an audit. Or perhaps a goverment body.What would you do.
