The conversion for timezone NST to GMT?

Hi, can anyone help me? I wana know the conversion of timings.

From:

6:00am – 7:00am NST

2:00pm – 3:00pm NST

10:00pm – 11:00pm NST

to GMT +8.

I can't really count.. UTC GMT all those are driving me crazy!. Thanks to anyone who can count it for me, and point out how much NST is to how much GMT. Thanks alot!

  1. Newfoundland Standard Time is GMT - 3:30.

    GMT = NST + 3:30

    So 6:00 am NST is 9:30 am GMT.

    And 2:00 pm NST is 5:30 pm GMT.

    Unless you're worried times smaller than 1 second, GMT is the same as UTC.
