  4. most brands say to leave it in for 3 minutes. personally I wash my hair, put conditioner in, wash my body (and shave if I have to), and rinse it out, then wash my face. it is recommended that you wash your face last because the conditioner could remain on your face during the rinse off and cause acne.

  5. step1:apply shampoo to your hair.

    2:rinse out the shampoo

3:put in conditioner and leave for a minute or two,

    then rinse!!

  6. Umm... shampoo, then apply conditioner throughout your hair, rinse, and if necessary repeat. Any other special instructions should be indicated on the bottle.

  7. i use deep conditioning treatments once a week which you buy and leave in for 15 minutes then wash it out but for the other days i shampoo, rinse, condition but leave it in for a little bit. rinse just before u get out of the shower. sometimes o leave just a little in

  8. - First, use your shampoo. Repeat if you tend to get really greasy hair or if your hair is particularly dirty for some reason. Then rinse it out really well.

    - Second, apply enough conditioner to coat all of your hair. Try not to get to much on your scalp & be sure to get extra on the ends. This is because conditioner can stop your scalp from producing enough natural oil that makes your hair shiny & healthy. You need more on the ends because they're farther away from the scalp so they tend to be more dry.

    - Leave it in for at least 5 minutes. This is so that your hair is given lots of time to draw in the moisture & nutrients from the conditioner. After you've left it in for long enough, rinse your hair well so it doesn't have that slippery feeling anymore.

    - I find it easiest to shampoo my hair first thing when I get in the shower & then apply my conditioner & put it up in a loose bun. That way the conditioner stays on my hair throughout my shower & I just rinse it out right when I'm ready to get out.
