Given the following scenario, you have a computer, which is not working properly. It is giving you a “fit”. Even the vendor technical support isn’t providing any solutions which resolve the problem. The costumer is having a problem and wants the problem resolved. What do you do to bring this situation to a successful closure?

  1. Ok, it would help if people knew what a "fit" was. If a "fit" is bursting into sparks and flames and smoke... you'd give the customer a new computer. From a different brand. If a fit is blue screen of death you'd just... fix it. If you can't resolve the problem, remove it. Take that software/hardware away. Shout at the vendor until they replace it with something different, that works (only nicely). You're not giving a lot of details here. *Can* you fix it?
