  1. The lender is talking garbage, whatever you got from the court is what stands. Get packing....

  2. If you have a court sanctioned eviction notice, you no longer own the house.  You have to leave, or bailiffs will remove your property on the deadline date.

It's unclear what happened between you and your lender, but at this point that is irrelevant to your eviction.  Your lawyer can probably explain further, and you may possibly have some recourse against the lender, but for now, assume the eviction is going to happen anyway.

  3. TOLD you as in a letter from the lender?  If not it is all he said, she said.

What evidence do you have they are "trye to get my house back " writing or again verbal?  Verbal means diddly. Nada.Nothing.

And finally you DO have an Atty now, right?  Frankly at this point if you have nothing in writing from the lender you are probably up a creek and have lost your home.

    Good Luck.

  4. If you received an eviction notice, then you no longer own that home and legally you have to leave.  If you would have asked for help at the beginning of the foreclosure process, you may have been able to save your home.   An eviction notice means its too late.  sorry.
