Question:

The cube will come on but want play

When ever I turn on the mp3 player it stays on the loading icon and will not play any music, but whenever it does play (Which is hardly ever) and the song changes, it freezes up and does the same thing over again with one case of over heating. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM!!!!!
