The cullen's crest?

i was watching mtv news and saw that the Cullen family is wearing a family symbol. does anyone knows if we can buy it

You can't yet, but soon-ish.  The company that designed the jewelry is called Artisan's Designs, and they have pictures of Esme's ring, Rosalie's pendant, Alice's choker, and the boys' wristbands on their website where they voice their intent to mass produce them and make them available for sale.

Based on the fact that you mentioned MTV, I'm assuming you're talking about the Twilight movie rather than the coat of arms attached to the Cullen name.  It might help narrow down your answers to specify.

There actually isn't any such thing as a family crest. A crest is part of a coat of arms.  Coats of arms do not belong to surnames.  They were and are granted to individuals and are passed down through the direct legitimate male line of descent.

Any one of us could give you links to peddlers selling coats of arms.  They are usually valid coats of arms but what is not valid is that they make it sound like they belong to anyone with a particular surname and they don't.

Actually, House of Names, has in fine print the following:

"We encourage you to study the Cullen genealogy to find out if you descend from someone who bore a particular family crest...... ... No familiees, not even royal houses, can make sound claim to the right to bear arms unless a proven connection is made through attested genealogical records."
