  1. Yes. If you want to have huge profits, you must treat the customer as King. There's no other way out.

  2. NOPE. MOST CUSTOMERS ARE LIARS. THEY LIE TO GET THE PRODUCTS AT A CHEAPER RATE

  3. DEFINITELY NOT.

Brought my daughter to a restaurant (R _ _ _'s)  at The Rail Mall at Upper Bukit Timah Road  for lunch.   I didn't want to eat there as the standard had already been going downhill so  left her there after she had placed her order, Lasagna.  I then proceeded  to Cold Storage.

When I was back, I was totally shocked.  She was served with only a spoon without serviette without a fork!!! for Lasagna.   The portion was tiny but that doesn't mean one serves with just a spoon.  Don't the server look how one struggles with the food especially when one is a child???!!!!

I asked the waitress why just a spoon and guess what was the answer?  The table was not set yet  so it wasn't her fault!!!!!

Isn't it funny ... table not set and all the more she should know what the cutlery was given, right?

When I asked for the management, I was told there wasn't any!!!

So is the customer, a child, "King"!!!    NO!!!! NO!!!!  and yet I had to pay FOR SERVICE CHARGE!!!!  and I went to their website to take a look, they said "You won't go wrong"    HA!!! HA!!!!!!

Never mind, there are thousands of customers for them and there are thousands of restaurants for us too..  Personally, I have experience better service many other places and of course, with quality  food too.

  4. of course.

if you treat them no good, they can do whatever they want

to complain or sue or whatever stuff

  5. Yes, thats 100% true. without the customers there's no business. So, the customers of course are the KING.

  6. Not neccessary. That's what the majority thinks and that's what makes some incorrigible customers being arrogant and trying to cheat for products etc.

I agree with profit is king as some places serve people of higher-class with better service and when they see maybe teenagers etc, or even when it's not peak hour with a few customers only, they seem to drop in their service and conduct.

No matter u're the customer or the person dealing with customers, it all goes down to your own personal upbringing and character..

  7. >NO, no, no,...profit is king.  Customers are the source of all profit, therefore they must be made to feel that they important or there is no king.

A little Chap Stick helps to alleviate the problem if you are one of the serfs.<
