The cut at the US Open (Golf) is 10 shots within the leader...?

What happens if the leader is 10 shots ahead of the entire field at the end of Friday's round? Does he (or she) automatically win the Open?

the cut is top 60 and ties AND all players within 10 shots.

the "10 shot rule" usually brings along more than top and ties, but if the leader was more than 10 shots clear, the cut would still be top 60 and ties.
