Her correct title is Diana,Princess of Wales. She died in an accident;the accident caused BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA to the thoracic region of her body. In layman's terms this means that her chest was severely impacted with such a thud that the aorta,a major artery that pumps blood throughout the body,was severed.Diana's heart failed.

The only person to survive the crash was wearing a seat belt which significantly lessened the force of the crash.Trevor Rees Jones was  injured but survived.

The crash took place in the Pont d'Alma Tunnel in Paris,France.Henri Paul,who was driving the car,was impaired enough not to be able to control the speeding car and crashed into a concrete pillar.He had been trying to get away from paparazzi,who were also speeding.

She was stupid for not belting up - I always wear them when I travel by car. It would be great if all royals shunned seat belts when they travel xx

It was a severe accident.. they were wearing seat belts.. they were going at a rapid speed and the driver was drunk.. that is why they crashed against a concrete post in the Alma Tunnel in Paris when Princess Diana and Dodi came back from a late supper at the Ritz hotel in Paris.. they were on their way back to Dodi's apartment in Paris when the driver lost control and hit the concrete post.. the driver and Dodi were dead right away.. Princess Diana was severely injured and they had to try to recusitate her and managed to get her heart going for some seconds then it stopped again and they could't bring her back to life.. the only person who survived was her body guard who was sitting in the passenger front seat next to the drunken Driver he survived with severe injuries but fully recovered only has scars left on his body. but can walk.. everybody else died...x*x
