The dental clinic (optical express partnership) - has anyone used it?

im considering going to The Dental Clinic in the UK. It is part of the Optical Express group.

I was wondering has anyone used them and can tell me what their experience was like.

Also do that offer a financial payback scheme or does it all have to be paid up front?
