So he came in and looked at my teeth and stuff (I'm 13) and he told me some really bad news. First off, I have to get two fillings. Not my fault, but the new molars have really deep grooves so I have to get them filled. Ick. EVEN WORSE is that he told me I might have to get surgery! Surgery to snip and move the tendon thing that connects my lip to my gum has to be moved up so that my front teeth can move together. I DON'T WANT SURGERY!!!! So the question is have you ever had that procedure done before and did it hurt? What was it like? :( I'm really sad and scared!

  1. My Dad has bad gums an he got surgery on them like 3 times he said it doesn't hurt cause they put him to sleep an my friend juss got surgery and he said the same thing but he said it just felt like them pinching you. So a pinch cant be that bad.

  2. Yes i just had my wisdom teeth taken out... i was scared to death because i have never had a surgery where i had to be under. and i really hate any kind of doctor offices. but they make you feel really comfortable they talk to you the whole time through procedures of course you don't know it but they do some one is always with you and after the procedure if you just follow what ever directions they give you about taking care and healing you shouldn't have any problems but of course if you just get a feeling your jaw will just be knumb for a couple hours and you should be fine... just pray that god calms your fears and will take care of you thats what i did and i also took my fav stuff animal lol i know dork but i hater doctors lol... everything will be fine...
