    Effective means get the desired effect.

    Efficient means less (or least) input for an amount of output.


  2. Effectiveness means the job gets done almost every time come h**l or high water.

    Efficiency means the job gets done with the least amount of work, effort or material.

  3. Efficient: It's working.

    Effective: It works.
