The diffrence between major and minor theraptuic action ( nat medicine)?

If calendula has the theraputic actions of , anti inflammitory, vulnerrary, antiseptic, astrignet, emmenagogue, chalagogue which would you put its the major theraptuic actions and which are the minor, if you could give reasosn that would be great.

Minor : burns including sunburns, inflamed and sore eyes, warts, small injuries/wounds, coughs, cramps, sprains and wounds, pain and reducing swelling caused by the sting of a wasp or bee, ear infection and to repel certain insect pests.

Major :  HIV, varicose veins, snake bites, jaundice, gastritis and chronic ulcers, conjunctivitis and eczema.

Extracts of dried flowers from Calendula officinalis were examined for their ability to inhibit the human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) replication.

These results suggested that organic extract of flowers from Calendula officinalis possesses anti-HIV properties of therapeutic interest.
