The dishwasher tower arm is broke

I have a GE Potscrubber 1200. No manual or guides with it. About a month ago i noticed the dishes weren't coming clean. I got down and looked inside and found the tower arm is broke apart and laying inside my dishwasher. I am trying to figure out how I could get this fixed so that I may use the thing agian. the model number is GSC1200x08.
