   aw dont b scared!!! im not makin fun of u at all i swear/ i really dont know any tricks cuz i try but usually hurt myself. but i believe in u fully just dont do any tricks on ur back or stomach (i did once and everyone was ike"that was so cool" but honestly it killed so bad) good luck

   A springboard is not a toy, and injuries can result from untrained persons "fooling around" trying to do fancy dives.  If you really want to learn diving, find a Swim Club that includes a Diving Team and learn from a professional coach.  Trying to teach yourself "sweet tricks" from a springboard is an invitation to injury, possibly serious injury.  I have personally participated in the rescue of a person such as yourself who managed to fracture several bones in their lower spine from impacting the end of the board while trying to do a fancy dive that they were not trained for.  I have seen other less serious injuries as well from diving board misuse.  Seriously consider the possible consequences before trying anything like this.

   seriously if you want to learn.. take classes. i'm glad i did. and it isn't easy. it takes time and determination. smacking your back hurts like no other but you get over it an gotta get back up. good luck
