    'warranted' means the doctor is 'guaranteeing' a certain result so i'd say B.

    C and D are obviously wrong.

    A suggests an 'implied contract' i.e. where the terms aren't stated e.g. if you go see a private doctor you 'imply' you will pay him. if the doctor says 'i will do your operation within 2 weeks' that's an 'express contract'.

    that is at least my understanding of the question.


  2. B., and the surgeon is an idiot. One NEVER promises results. There are always possible adverse outcomes.
