Question:

The downfall of Britain?

Do we really need Ministers in the government who do everything in their power to degenerate Britain. Last week-end we had Alistair Darling say we had never been in such dire straights since the end of the last war, and this caused such a run on the pound we had not seen for many years. Now we have Margaret Hodge decrying Britain as a holiday destination. How in heavens name do these people get the positions they are in.

What do others think?

  1. First we have to accept that we have a 'Foreign' government in our Parliament, and their job is to bring Britain to it's knees like America and every day both countries move toward a n**i regime as the Elite manipulate through the EU.

  2. I wish they would shut up - I need the pound to be a bit stronger!

  3. Shouldnt be allowed, but it is.

  4. We elect a party and they place certain MP's in positions of power. They are then assisted by overpaid civil servants but invariably decisions are made on a political basis. Unfortunately. we employ too many MP's and it would be better to reduce the number but pay them more for their additional responsibility.  We would perhaps then attract more suitable candidates with a greater ability to undertake the role of running the UK. We know that Darling and Hodge are saying what we all think but, unfortunately, like too many people they say things we anticipating the consequences of their utterances.

  5. Its another sign of the agony of Capitalism, its irreversible, but dont worry, the epicenter of the world crisis is at USA.

  6. The sooner we get rid of these parasites the better, Roll on the next election.

  7. after the mess they have made of this country in the past eleven years, the lies and deception. the legalised theft!! (yes because that's what fiddling your expenses and claiming for what you are not entitled to is) the deliberate and calculated lies that lead to the slaughtering of five hundred thousand innocent men women and children in Iraq. the refusal to ask us before they sold our country to what amounts to a huge n**i style superstate. the flooding of our country with millions and millions of immigrants that we cant afford to keep house and provide medical care for......the introduction of  the hate fuelled Islamic take over of our country.......why arn't the people demanding the labour party be thrown into prison and tried for treason????????????? i don't understand why the people aren't marching on the streets demanding blood????? y'know what!! this country is not going to recover from what labour have done. they have handed our children a living Islamic h**l for a future.

  8. What we have here is a typical game of politics! Both Alistair Darling and Margaret Hodge are ready to 'jump ship' if the truth be known!

  9. I'm surprised we haven't had a Labour politician blaming the current downturn on the years of Tory rule yet, they managed to drag that excuse out for ten years already.

I guess they think people prefer to hear the truth, but a little optimism wouldn't go amiss.

  10. It seems Labour is very fond of giving us bad news and articulating how incompetent they are, I just can't understand it myself
