National Geographic links it to the same type of drought that forced out the Anasazi.

  1. my dear friend,  some people just want something to worry about.  GOD Bless you.

  2. Global warming is reactionary.  No one can predict the future, but once something happens, then a study that appears to be legitimate science comes out to explain why "global warming" was the cause.

Global warming would have been blamed if there was a drought or floods.

No one who believes would have guessed that this year would be one of the coldest and snowiest on record, but now that it happened, the "scientific" evidence clearly shows so-called "global warming" caused the cold and snow.

  3. I totally agree, as the climate has changed even slightly, the desert SW has gone from abundant water to no water.

  4. From time magazine:

In Africa, drought continues for the sixth consecutive year, adding terribly to the toll of famine victims.  record rains in parts of the U.S., Pakistan and Japan caused some of the worst flooding in centuries. In Canada's wheat belt, a particularly chilly and rainy spring has delayed planting and may well bring a disappointingly small harvest. Rainy Britain, on the other hand, has suffered from uncharacteristic dry spells the past few springs. A series of unusually cold winters has gripped the American Far West, while New England and northern Europe have recently experienced the mildest winters within anyone's recollection.

Date:  June 24, 1974.  Talking about global cooling.  Bizarre

weather patterns are normal.  We get it when the earth is warming and cooling.  So in the words of climatologist Tim Ball, "the climate changes all the time, get used to it!!"

  5. Your logic is flawed.

Just because one drought was "natural" doesn't mean a human-caused global warming can't cause a similar drought.

  6. Of course.  A short-term fluctuation is not global warming.

  7. Nope its due to global warming.. & rednecks buying jacked up trucks & riding up & down looking for some a s s.
