  1. What's on the disk shouldn't affect the disk ejection.  However, if you put a paper or plastic label on the disk, that might be the problem.

First, try unplugging the TV, and leave it unplugged for 15 minites or so.  This should "reset" it, and the DVD might eject when you plug it back in.

If that's not working, look carefully around the DVD drive.  You may find a small hole marked "reset" or "eject".  This is an override to the normal ejection process, and should work even if the power is off.  If you find it, insert the end of a paper clip into the hole.  Press firmly, but don't force it.  The DVD tray should open, or the DVD pop out of its slot.

If nothing works so far, you may have a physically stuck disk.  This tends to happen when disk labels get wrinkled or start to un-peel.  If your DVD player is a slot that "grabs" the disk when you insert it, then very carefully, try to grab the edge of the disk with a pair of tweezers and see if you can get the disk to eject from the slot.  ***This may damage the disk***.  If your DVD player has a "tray" that carries the disk in and out of the set, try varefully prying the tray open - this may be enough to release the stuck disk.

If you're still having no luck, then someone who knows what they're doing around electronics will have to take the unit apart.  A tray-style player may have a broken belt that needs to be replaced.
