effect: discard 1 card to chain this card to one of you trap/magic card you activated. whenever that card is sent to the grave yard, the card is returned to your hand.

does my magic or trap always come back to my hand?

The effects of Spell/Trap Reclamation only work once and only it the card is sent to the graveyard. If it is removed from play instead then it will not return to your hand.
