    you keep in shape and its good for you

    however if you don't buy good running shoes and are careful you can have knee problems, and back problems.

    i'm a runner and i love it

  3. Running is both physically and emotionally beneficial. Most people run to improve endurance and tone up. Running increases one's metabolism and slows down the aging process. It improves coordination, mood, cardiovascular health, and bone health. It lowers stess levels and results in euphoria. There are many advantages, so if you don't already, you should consider running once in awhile:)

  4. Stamina, strong leg muscles and bad knees when you are older.
