  1. I'd say "c" because scaling won't really help in backstroke, and when swimming other strokes it may act as a barrier because we don't swim in a wave like motion, it's really basic, we aren't fish and it will act as a barrier to many things when swimming, if we swam like fish then I must say it really will benefit us but we don't.
