what is the most common cause of death in inmates who are executed in the electric chair?

It literally fries you. but first your eyes pop out, and the flesh smells burnt. "OLD SPARKY" the electric chair.

My guess would be the stopping of the heart and respiratory muscles. So the blood will not pump and the guy cannot breath, I guess that would be a good reason to die.
