The electric sofa bed in my van dont work?! help.

Question

it goes forward and back, but the sofa wont go down into a bed.

whats wrong with it? and where could i get the pieces at if needed?

There are 2 and is some cars 3 electric motors that move the seat ,, it sounds like the one that moves the seat down is bad,,,  or the switch it self is bad       Do you hear the motor running when you touch the switch,??,  If so then you have a broken driveshaft in the seat
