The electrical transformer to our home failed and apparently sent a surge to our appliances that were running. Our frigidaire refrigerator, model GLHS68EGSBO will not cool. It appears the controls were zapped as their are lights, but no cooling. On/off button does not respond.

How can I check to see if a control fuse was blown?
