  1. It is impossible for hydrogen to undergo nuclear fission, as it has only one nucleon (unless you include Tritium).

    In fact, IEM, who publishes the most extensive list of half-lives I've come across so far, has no listing for Boron, only one for Sulfur, 1 for Ytterbium, 2 for Molybdenum, 4 for Europium, and 8 for Uranium.

    On the other hand, every element has at least one isotope which will undergo fission decay.
