It may well be, and given how you have applied your question so that I understand this correctly, you are saying because of this one man all your hopes and dreams are relying on this one particular person.

That is a lot of weight for one person to carry and taking into consideration that this one person may indeed inspire the rest of the team as human he may be, the facts remains that the stats says otherwise.
