  1. Hello,

(ANS) There is No! such thing as the fastest way!! And also what is "the definition of fitness". The term fitness is all relative.

No.1 Eat a careful diet (don't over eat as in comfort eating, NOR starve yourself either) each day. Eat a balanced diet.

    No.2 Sleep well.

No.3 Exercise x2 to x3 times a week. For at least one hours duration, this should be real exercise or activity that makes you swet and become breathless otherwise it wont increase your strength or stamina. See: sports like swimming, circuit training, light weight training, aerobics or step aerobics, dance, etc.

  2. Well, I recommend swimming as you burn loads of calories. Join a swim club, and over time you will be as fit as a fiddle. Not really much you can do within a couple of weeks unless you work out in the gym at least an hour a day you can get a bit more fit.

  3. aerobic exercise.

try simply walking to start with.

Lengthen the distances and start going faster ie running.

Before you know it you will be fit.

Walking and running can be dull so take some music along.

  5. Hi! You could try trampolining. It's exercise and fun at the same time, so it doesn't feel like it's a chore.

Or do a few exercises whilst watching TV, sit ups, star jumps, anything to get your heart pumping a little bit more.

  6. I know you've probably heard this a million times, but the best ways to get what you want is to eat well and exercise.

Try to cut out any unnecessary snacking, and whenever you do snack make it something healthy like fruits or veggies. Then also, do your best to exercise as often as you can, whether it be walking, jogging, biking, or any other type of exercise.

Now, I don't know about where you live, but our school term starts in a little over a week. If that's the same for you, then I'm sorry but don't be expecting any drastic changes before the start of school. Getting fit takes time and consistency, just keep with it and you'll reach your goal. But I'm sorry, one week won't do much obvious change.

  7. If you really want to lose weight, get fit and have a healthy body then you need to do two things. Just two things. They are called EATING HEALTHY AND EXCERCISE!!!!!!!

First of all you have to eat a healthy diet. This doesn't mean go on a crappy fad diet or starve yourself!!! It means that you make sure you eat 4 or even 5 small to medium meals a day. Each meal, apart from breakfast, (preferably fibre rich with fruit) should have a combination of protien (chicken/fish/soya etc), carbohydrates (pasta/rice/potatoes/etc), and vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (fresh fruit and veg). There are many easy ways to incorporate all these into every meal. This also doesn't mean you can never have pizza/takeaway/chocolate/etc, just save them for the occassional treat.

Secondly you need to EXCERCISE. Cardio excercise is anything that will get you out of breath, your heart rate pumping and you sweating (running, swimming, cycling, etc) and is necessary for burning calories, shedding body fat and improving your overall fitness levels. Strength training basicaly improves the muscles and tones your body, this comes from weight training, core training (sit ups/planks/etc), stretching (such as yoga) and dynamic training. This is necessary to keep your body strong and supple and will also help you lose weight and tone up.

This is only an extremely brief overview, but both of these are necessary to lose weight healthily, keep it off, and have a strong healthy body.
